How long will my candle burn?
Burn time depends on the size of the candle and how it is used. Long burns, drafts, and an untrimmed wick all shorten the life of a candle.
For the longest life, trim the wick before every light and let the first burn reach the edge of the vessel.
What kind of wax do you use?
Every candle is hand-poured in premium soy wax with a cotton wick, infused with essential oils. Soy is a plant wax, so it burns cooler and more slowly and releases fragrance gently rather than all at once.

How strong is the scent throw?
Our candles are built to fill a room without overwhelming it. Soy wax throws scent gradually, so give a candle time — the fragrance builds as the melt pool widens.
Room size, ceiling height, and airflow all affect how a scent carries. In a large or open space, a reed diffuser running alongside a candle will do more work than a candle alone.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to about a quarter of an inch before every light. This is the single most useful thing you can do for a clean, even burn.
On the first burn, let the melt pool reach the edge of the vessel before extinguishing. Keep the candle away from drafts, and discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains.
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, and anything flammable.
Can I reuse the vessel?
The vessels are metal tins. Once you have stopped burning, let the remaining wax cool, remove it, and wash the tin with warm, soapy water.
From there it is yours: a holder for matches, brushes, or other small things.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared in 2–4 business days, and transit adds 3–7 business days once the parcel has left the studio. We ship within the United States only. Available methods and costs are shown at checkout.

What is your returns policy?
Candles, diffusers, car fresheners and sprays can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Anything applied to the skin — soap, deodorant, lotion, body spray, perfume and facial moisturiser — is final sale once opened, for hygiene reasons.

Do you offer wholesale?
